The recipe for a BOE takeover is right in my opinion. With the consolidation done, BOE make an offer, takeover complete. Sounds easy...... Boss has the money to take out two small players like TOE and sure up good tenements and become a serious players in the U space. That would be right up Gina's ally, as we know she doesn't play half hearted, it's all or nothing.
It's a simple way for Gina to get her hands on TOE, I'm not entirely in favour of it myself. However, from every negative comes a positive, the rockstar of a board will be of no use to Gina. Gina is a smart operator and has no time for clowns like those running this circus. With that in mind, let's sell, overall longer term I believe it would be of benefit to shareholders.
It's going to be interesting to see what unfolds in the coming days/weeks.
