Then for number 2, that’s the same as VMY, wording is identical. Being that substantial works must commence on site before the 5 years in up and that work is reported as commenced and substantial.

Has management said much or anything on plans to being construction?

Substantial work by definition could be as simple as dropping off a shipping container/site office, hooking up a generator and radio signal...
