How to cook a wild duck.
1. Gut and pluck.
2. Put in a large pot of water
3. Add a large river stone and some salt, pepper and herbs.
4. Bring to the boil.
5. Simmer until the you can put a fork into the stone
6. Strain off the broth.
7. Discard the duck and enjoy eating the stone.
Kangaroo can be prepared in the same manner.
