UCL share price .195 before MAK made an offer.

Currently MAK hold 320,000,000 + UCL shares out of 2,500,000,000 or 15%.

Now UCL says they have a backer at .30.

Oh come on who in their right mine would back UCL at .30.

Unfortunately share holder are like sheep and generally do as there told.

This must be the ago of everyone wanting to hold onto power. Yes some of the UCL board will get their marching orders.

The UCL Board is it trying to hold onto power? Does it have the shareholders interests at heart.

I have always said a profit is a profit. If MAK withdraws its offer UCL SP will drop. Probably to a new 12 months low. Its to late then. The cash cow has bolted.

It is better to come together and make a stronger company.
