The Togo GOV will announce it very shortly, according to last ANN syas: there are 2 JV BMB and Indian .
Now, Togo does not want to split this contract.
One of them has to be out, either BMB and Indian?
Question is which company will brig good benefits to Togo.
it is criteria time for BMB to show c ability to take this huge project...
