    This isn't Africa Intelligence, and my guess is it has a little more authority, but still unsure.

    Togo is allegedly looking to revise it's mining code to bring better value to the country.

    "A new version will be presented in March 2014 at the government."

    I wonder if this will pose any further delays in a decision.
