The price setting on the Frankfurt exchange is really strange.
80% of the time the price will change but there will be no volume recorded.
It appears that the price is set by the bid/ask price on the day, not by the last sale price. Each day, if the bid/ask changes (as it often does), the stock price will also change, even though no trades have gone through.
IMO the Frankfurt price is only really relevant if there is a large volume associated with any change in price.
