Azzumha....the PEM SP and the CBH SP is about the same both came down and both are going up again..UBS buying more PEM..as far as I can see the merger will go ahead as Toho wants to change and getting PEM and CBH together is a must as far as TOHO is concerned...PEMS shares would have to be at 45cents for it not to happen....and CBHs effort is now to have it happen...and I am sure TOHO wants it as well...maybe UBS are buying shares for Toho...as UBS just given notice that they equired 19million shares in PEM....after all if the merger did not happen both companies will have a hard time...I cannot see it NOT go ahead as so far 80% are in favour of it..so Azzumha your clause is just that to scare people in selling..I am buying as ZINC will rise in price..CHina province in trouble after the earthquake..not looking good for production...so far after shocks everyday...hear it on the news here in Thailand..not good at all..lots of troubles with over 60 dams....
