Incog, agree that FAS totally stuffed the T/O - their only chance was to make it happen quickly and make it much more equitable for all GWR shareholders but they have no cash or projects of any significant worth so it was just a grab, unless they had certain tenements already in their hands (too late now). Also agree that GWR will never end up developing the project alone - but disagree in relation to FAS - what can provide that GWR couldn't - they are certainly not the party to develop the project to its full potential. And as for developing the value (by proving up the resources) FAS could not be any better and just provides dilution. A junior explorer seeking diversification from base minerals to gold and oil - hmmm reeks of clutching at straws - and where does all the expertise come from to get in on the best exploration opportunities on each - anyone can farmin on a spec oil well, even individuals, and it happens often - the odds are a very long shot. Because oil exploration is at long odds the specialist junior oil explorers dilute their interest in any wells and farmout so that don't have all their eggs in just one or two wells - none would survive if they did that - hmmm how many wells are FAS involved in?
