Dear Incog , Has FAS got anything to offer gwr holders apart from 7 ( DOUBTFUL VALUE ) FAS shares.If Fairstar offers some cash component along with its shares then some people may change their mind and accept the shares. As on today from gwr announcement and price changes in FAS looks like things are going in FAS favour .But for me I donot believe in FAS management and for that matter the current GWR management.
