toing and froing

so interesting!!! For a stock that people are waiting on the outcome of ATC funding ie North Pratt coal mine, there is a lot of up and down on small dollars. There are definately some who seem to want the sp at 1.5c, held there with low $$ trades. FFS a trade of $156 doesn't do anything except hold the sp down. And if a big holder was trickle selling wouldn't they want to do it at 1.6c+.!! And some who are probably accumulating at 1.7c.
I for one can just wait for the wooshka when ATC gets funding and goes on-market
