Will there any attendee at the Bris AGM who is displeased with the remuneration system?
As far as I can ascertain, it is a closed loop system dictated by the 'big end of town', who rely on being rewarded thru the the same voting process. This ensures that they a generously rewarded irrespective how a company performs and punished with a slap on the wrist for poor performance.
Can anyone think of any arguments to damp their exuberance in rewarding themselves - even if they take heed of arguments put forwards, as an advisory capacity.
If we can get them to listen to the majority of shareholders it is progress in the right direction.
