Does anyone make that many posts - and not one-liners mind you, mainly essays - to save the naive from their folly?

Hardly - it contravenes everything that we know about human nature.

They are doing it, quite simply, because they see that there is good money to be made in FGF.

Probably not as longs, but as pip and day traders. It is the perfect stock for such activity. Plenty of cash on hand - for years - so no chance of getting caught out by a nasty CR or worse, by the receivers getting called in. And it is in a wildly volatile sector with plenty of opportunity for sentiment reversals, both up and down. And plenty of news flow - with BCG involved and their expansive network of contacts and opportunities.

In fact, a perfect storm for day-trading - so good in fact that some, like warnie and soothsayer are making a full time job of it. Plenty of scope for fanning the volatility and sentiment changes with carefully phrased missives, aimed at separating the nervous nellies from the shares when the strategy calls for it.
