As usual hope you are right rorkes, but cant really put much weight on what NC intends. As management intended first feed in 1st quarter then Q2 now Q3.
It happens when it happens and hopefully we arent battered too much more in the interim. Not much more stands in our way, except the election theory (November has been suggested) but I am of the school that TOL prior to election is better for the incumbent if any correlation exists between the two.
