Bachy.....I started a 'nearest the TOL pin comp' back in April or May......no-one even close to my recollection....TOL process is starting to resemble 'this is the song that never ends...it goes on and on my friends ......' One would hope for next week...but unfortunately we've 'been there done that' so many times already.......the expectation is...ok...what's the next FURPHY ? I continually become more astounded & confounded how a government can 'shout from the mountaintops about how safe the LAMP is and how great it will be for their future....' but NOT AWARD the LICENCE for it to begin operating !!??? As I've stated before.....I will NEVER complain about waiting in a deli or bank queue EVER AGAIN after this experience.
