Yeah I know its frustrating. I kind of jumped the queue only buying into lynas in around April this year so I guess I have a little more patience than LT holders. Must admit my patience depends on my mood for the day though!
That said I'm not really that surprised. Disappointed - Yes, Surprised - No. I have seen time and time again just how long governments can drag stuff out. One of my other shares (SDL) is in a similar limbo process I guess thats just how it goes.
