Clearly the TOL will be issued before the election IMO
Especially since the election has little to do with TOL & TOL has little to do with election lol
I know Malaysia very well & this is not a vote changer, anyone that has spent time in Malaysia or with Malaysians will know that there are so many more priorities on voters minds & the gov knows this is a big plus for their economy & 2020 plan
There are so many down rampers on here, many claim to be non-holders yet are clearly shorters running for their lives as we get closer to the TOL & their days of trashing this SP are coming to an end (afterall it has been a good run for them)
