tol by end of august

those were NC's words: expecting TOL by the end of august. you can take him at his word or you can cut your losses now. if i was thinking of selling, id be calling the company right now to get some clarification on his comments: does NC still expect the TOL to be issued by the end of the month?

unfortunately i dont see much support until 50c, but if TOL is issued tomorrow, the chart is out the window. i know what it feels like, ive been in stocks that seem to want to head south forever. most of the time, the tide eventually changes and often without warning. no one called it on june the 4th that the XJO was turning, only now, 10% higher, are people willing to call the turn...

good luck to all those who can manage to wait it out. investors like turnbull dont put their money into dud stocks, they invest in future blue chips, which is what i see lynas as being in several years once this malaysian saga is behind us...
