How much impact is the TOL issue really having on the share price?
Reading some posters comments you get the impression that once the TOL issue is resolved, the SP will move significantly higher and happy days will be here again.
But if you consider the last few months
-the general market is down
-mining stocks have been hit much harder (even profitable diversified companies)
-the price of rare earths have been hit hard

When you consider the above factors, is the current share price really that unexpected even if there never was a licensing issue?
