Night stalker after the judge dismissed the appeal the opposition applied for stay pending appeal. The judge state that there is no ground for not lifting suspension of tol as it has not been proven that there will be castotrophic (I know wrong spelling head still in a spin) loss and said that she has asked all parties to submit all arguments so she can make a decision. The appealent states it all its submission is before the court. A judge's decision is always subject to appeal. The fact that she refused stay and no new grounds suggest any further appeal will be futile.
