tototy - I hear you, but this is precisely the misconception I am putting to bed.
The fact Ongkili informed the residents on 15th May that he had instructed AELB has been taken by some to mean he instructed AELB on 15/5 - wrong, he instructed them immediately. The AELB statement a day or so earlier correctly stated they were now awaiting the minister's response - it has nothing to do with the letter to the residents of the 15/5, which they had no knowledge of. So nothing inconsistent in what I am saying, i have just arranged events in the correct order, as the news came out in reverse from the two sources without reference to each other.
