However, can you support the statement that:
"they state categorically that they are now waiting for the minister to dismiss the case so they can issue TOL"
With all the recent info flowing around, I may have missed that conclusion.
Finally, agreed, this is the time to buy more stock not sell.
LYSCF down a paltry 1.6% as opposed to our 4.3%. At $US0.89 it's still equates to $A0.903, above our close of $0.885
