TOL will not be issued this week but every chance next week. It is in the interest of LYC and the Minister for TOL to be issued after Bersih3.0 This will reduce the hysteria at Bersih and a smaller crowd and issues. Hope LYC has booked the shipping and ore on stanby at Frementle.
