SAU - The SPP is open to shareholers on the register at 7:00pm on Wed 24th June. You'll be able to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of shares at $6. The usual procedure will be for shareholers to recieve an application form with details of all conditions.
The institutional placement was "significantly" over subscribed so there's a chance the SPP will be also. In this case each applicant may get less shares than they apply for (= scaleback) - t will depend on the details when they are provided.
