I've said all along without the merger PEM will struggle to stay afloat. Its high production cost will bite hard. They are boasting how good their hedgings are ($80m on the money) but just look how their cash dropped from $85m last quarter to $75m and they might have to pay CBH $2million for cancelling the merger.
