re: $1.30 issue The notes look like they are a good investment.
8% paid 2 yearly over 5 years. The issue price might be a bit high at $1.30 but this has to better than lower than the current SP.
I also like the get out after 3 years if the share price is higher than $1.30 option.
I can see why ABN have underwritten this, they stand to make a packet as plenty of the smaller shareholders will not take up the offer.
