Eagle, I think the big issue here is the infringement on copyright. The Tobacco companies, whether smokers and or non smokers like it or not, the labor Party is stepping on very dangerous and potentially expensive ground here. You cannot just march in and take away the free market right of a Global company to use their established international brand or market name to sell their product.
TA is being very smart in not taking sides as he does not wish to bring a massive legal challenge which translates to taxpayers paying fines imposed by a Court.
Unfortunately the Labor Party does not understand the legal ramifications attached to such a move.
