Regarding IMUOA:
If you are wondering why they are trading at 1.2 cents when IMU is trading below the strike price (2.3 cents is said to be "out of the money"), IMUOA has what it called "time value". The owner has choices and lots of time to make them. An investor can buy the option now, and not have to pay the full price of the shares for nearly three years, and you have choice to walk away from the contract and buy IMU in the market if the price is below 2.6 cents.
IMUOA are popular with some investors because (at the moment) they give the owner roughly twice the exposure to IMU share price movements than buying the shares outright, for the same cash outlay.
