Had it really been that long? I used to be a full-time trader which I loved but being me i go in boots and all, after about 4-5 years of this I gained a lot of weight and became a social retard. I traded stock market/options during the day and futures overnight, if the conversation wasn't about markets I just had no interest.
I had forgotten how to interact with the "normies" so I stopped full-time trading (went mostly to cash about a month before GFC) and got a job as a formworker on building sites. I still trade options here and there but mainly just invest now.

Still I never stopped logging into Hotcopper but never posted since I stopped trading as I was looking in from the outside I thought I had nothing really to offer anymore. I do miss it though, there are some really nice people on this forum and some very experienced and intelligent traders that we can learn a lot from.

I'll be lurking and now that I've started probably posting again too LOL
