yes the fact that a US20M raising seems to be sooner rather than later would be hanging over the stock .... and imo it would be preferable to be lower (not because they don't think it's worth more but again, imo ...... consort is the key - ie. they get a 19.99% holding and NO more for obvious reasons imo.
