    The 0.194c per SBL share on offer is too low to be taken seriously.
    SBL was trading above this two months ago and well above this earlier in year. When did Lion start negotiating?
    Beyond comprehension that the 0.194c Lion bid gets SBL Board approval. I imagine most SBL shareholders will ignore it.
