It depends on who is the beneficiary of the holding. There were two other holders as at the AR date (29th August 2017) who could also be considered substantial if related holdings are added together.
If you hold heads I would wait a couple of weeks (just to make sure that your request captures the placement) and then ask the company for a T20. I will try myself but am unsure whether I am entitled to ask as an option holder. I am also interested to see whether Thea Management Pty Ltd (Tom Eadie) took any.
