It is starting to look as if the sellers and profit takers are drying up. In going back through the announcements it looked as though the company was targeting American and Californian investers for the lastest placement and whether they where the sellers or not we may never know but one would have thought not. It is hard to see taking into account the spudding yesterday and the announcements that are due for both wells that this stock can go anywhere than up.
My opinion only for what it is worth. ( I own both NEO / NEOO.
