    re: hello123 i agree with the negative sentiment NEO had to fall back eventually what i want to know is how you know it was apparently "tollhurst: selling and what i think it is is actually a institutional holder selling instead !

    The change in substantial holding notice should come within 7 days i think if it was a major shareholder.

    Still it has anothe 10-20% to fall yet before its back to my TA based fair value prediction.
