Hi all,

I hope someone can shed some information for me on this matter as i have been questioning it since the start of the year now.

I work for TOLL at a 3PL warehouse. The contract is up in Febuary and we have not heard anything in regards to a renew in contract. I have brought this up a number of times and i think management are keeping it tight lipped. In July, they said that it was under negotiations. There's 2 months to go and I am very concerned.

Has anyone heard anything of this or can find out information regarding their contract?

What happens to the employees if another third party takes over?

I been asking everyone on this matter and no one seems to know what happens to us. I hope someone can explain to me what happens to us if we do lose our contract. I need to make a move as we all have mortgages and kids to look after.
