The US is the heartland where MIG sees its future growth.

There is a battle for the hearts and pockets of the US.

The issue is...............

American roads are old and in need of repair. The US economy depends hugely on the health of its roads.

who is to finance their repair?

(1) The Federal Govt.....................The US budget needs repair....and so NO

(2) Increase state taxes on fuel. Govts do not have the guts to do that and polls show the people do not want it

(3) Lease to private consortia.

That option is winning atm. MIG-MIP have all the angles covered
