toll takeover of us company

Has anyone heard anything regarding toll transport and its bid to purchase a US based company?

I have a mate who works at TOLL transport and employees are not allowed to trade the stock. He said expected announcement coming out around XMAS time regarding a merger /takeover of some description.

I dont know much more.. just wondering if anyone has heard anything like this...

TOll transport bit of a boring stock, but it is always involved in merger and aquisitions.......

Looking at long term chart TOLL was over $20...

not sure if its good value around these levels. who knows...
