Just doing some more research and have come across the following possibly of interest to others:

(most other have probably already covered this in Due Diligence) but though id share anyway

So agreement with Crocodile Gold for Toll Treatment is now terminated.  Not sure by who or why...

It seems in May 2015, Crocodile Gold merged with Newmarket Gold. The ARK toll treatment is mentioned in Newmarket Golds November 2015 preso here:  (towards the end)
    https://www.newmarketgoldinc.com/assets/docs/presentations/Cosmo-Gold-Mine-November-2015.pdf

Further to that, just 2 weeks ago on 29 Sept, Newmarket (aka Crocodile) have announced merger with Kirkland Lake Gold in a $1B deal.  **promotion blocked** article here:
    http://www.**promotion blocked**.co...d-NewMarket-To-Merge-In-C-1-Billion-Deal.html

The **promotion blocked** article suggests the merger will provide a MC of $2.4B and have suggested production of over 500,000 oz per year at an AISC of US$1015...

Deal to be voted on and finalised by December ??

Just a thought, but would this merger/deal with Crocodile/Newmarket/Kirkland have had anything to do with terminating (or not further extending) the Toll Treatment agreement...?
