    I dont see that Toll and Australia Post are in direct competition , Toll are not commom carriers and do not deal with the general public.

    Most of Australia post's business is with the general public.

    I have just sold something on ebay , I cant send it Toll so I will have to post it - would be nice if the recipient could collect it from his local Aust Post locker in a day or 2.
