Another view of Toll

I was not home for a delivery on Tuesday. Called them and had the option to drive 40kms to their depot or resend. So home today waiting.

Someone said they employ franchisee types for the local end.

Perhaps the way to do it for everyone would be to try and deliver to the home in the first instance. Then put it in a local central locker system (regional). That way no double effort for the franchisee, no lost days work for the receiver and Tolls gets praise TZL gets the dollars.

Pity an entrepeneur does do the centralised locker system for all logistics companies...........sunk costs.

Just a thought.
