Superb article Tom.

A very good trader friend of mine who used to be a broker for many years told me the markets always look the strongest at the top and weakest at the bottom.
With so many bears still around who think we'll all die tomorrow I reckon the top has not been reached yet!
People still on the sidelines waiting to get in or people still shorting as soon as they think it's all over.

Makes perfect sense that the market will top out when everybody thinks there's nothing to worry about.

The Dow wants to reach 11,000 and it will, darn it.
