Just so everyone is aware, one of the requisitioning parties of the 203D is Avatar.
Avatar has signed the 203D as Tom Fontaine (ex- director of BPH Energy) (ref 1).
Tom Fontaine has recently converted some of his director fees in the BPH Rights Issue to shares (ref 2).
Not all BPH ex-directors appear to be able to convert their loans to shares in the BPH rights issue, including the ones that are pursuing BPH for payment of these fees (ref 3 and ref 4).
Is there still a strong relationship between Fontaine and BPH?
