Yes it's quite likely, if they prove up the dry milling process,which I believe they will,if they can get a strategic partnership partner on board, if the PFS proves up and is attractive to any potential funding agreement.
Lots of ifs, but all are in play ATM,
Given all of the above 3 cents will be rolled over very very quickly.
Only my opinion, I'm quietly confident.
