tom revy's resignation and drilling update

I attended the Adelaide presentation by EIO in June.
Is my memory correct that Tom Revy gave a presentation as well as Ian Burston?.

What effect do you all believe his departues will have on the company, he was very well credentialled and experienced, who might take his place?.

There woould appear to be sufficient data to enable the JORC to be ready this month as expected, I am looking forward to an increase in interest for our stock when it is announced.
