Winnifrith couldn't make it running a plc, so seems to have decided
to lash out at 'The City' and to try his luck on the short side.

I think the thesis is based purely on cashflow anxieties, and the hope that
Quindell mud has stuck to the acquirer of the PSD. My hope and belief is that SGH
can trade its way out of debt. Quindell woes now potentially rest with the Quindell board and Watchstone Group. No action has been taken against Quindell though, and as far as I am aware, the class action against Watchstone Group has not been served in the UK.

The Ozzie 'campaign' against SGH seems to be a mirror image of Winnifrith's UK campaign. It worked there, so they have tried to replicate it in Oz.
