for me, even it is a placement, which i don't think it is, that is not bad news at all..

last placement these guys did was 18 months ago..

if they do need the cash, it ain't to line the directors pockets, rather to get some of those wells identified pumping out the cash flow... i.e is won't be some wishy washy we need the cash for exploration of blah blah, blah, its direct use will result in very short term cash flow..
