Holy Moly nice work.
I did 3 lots of Tomato Chutney, 6 lbs each, 1st lot used to much salt , have to use that lot in a Spag Bog sauce. 2nd lot OK, finally nailed the 3rd lot. .
So all up grew about 36lb of Tomatoes.
Did 6 jars of Dill Gherkins, and couple lots of dehydrated cherry tomatoes.
How do you do your pickled beetroot?
I got some eggplants flowering now so might have to try your Brinjal pickle as well. (I'll have to find more jars though).
