A question for the Chair at the AGM.

Do you think it is appropriate, where there are directors on the board representing outside interests, who may or may not be in possession of inside information, for those companies represented, to trade in the companies shares outside, what is considered best practise, that they can only trade for 30 days after the full and half year results?

Are you going to self report this breach to ASIC? or would you prefer me to do it?

And before you comment on this I have checked the veracity of the perceived conflict with a leading Prof. of Corporate Governance.
In light of the breach of best corporate practise are you going to require the conflicted directors to resign?

If not, then your position as Chair overseeing this breach is untenable? and you should resign now.
