    We just got back, intruiging.

    US$30M working cap deal scuttled at signature stage just b4 TH by the CN holders.

    Bank of New York Mellon sole creditor as trustee for all others, sole member of creditors committee. Pr Linda Tompkins attended, Director Griffiths issues a statement to us all.

    Looks like a takeover. Several offers made no takeover bid made yet.
