I would like to know what benefit they really have to risk the company for the sake of these shares to be raised. They already took all the company and sold probably 15% back to us and wellington.
The issuing of this capital would just dilute us to 7.5%, it seems huge amount of effort and risk to get a few extra percent instead of just getting paid out.
